Safe Harbor
A perfect morning with sunshine and birds calling.
Quiet, peaceful, husbands, wives, little girls and little boys readying for church, minding their own business of living.
The orders were set, and the mission begun, land in sight, millions of lives to overturn.
Another day, Sunday December 7, a day that would change history, in infamy.

This is the day Americans remember as Pearl Harbor Day, the day that brought the US into WWII.

A superbly written reminder.
Akelamalu,
Thank you.
Thank you also those that fought and those who helped in the efforts to bring such a blemish on history to an end. Nothing can ever be the same now, the genie has escaped the bottle.
Very well written, Charles!

Thanks.
