Errata

Well, I just checked the site for the book I got the ART algorithm from "AI Application Programming." Seems the vigilence test had the wrong symbol in it. It should read "If intMagP_E/intMagE >= rho Then" on line 328, not "If intMagP_E/intMagE < rho Then". Sorry, GIGO.
