55 Flash Fiction - Tim & Sal #22
Tim: "People are worried, scared, suffering, losing hope."
In times like these, one must remember, "Where there's life, there's hope; and one must hang on to that hope and life with whatever means necessary, tooth and nail, so to speak."
"Hope goes a long way to counter the effects of depression, whether emotional or economic."

I wanted to give folks hope, I hope this helps with whatever trials you may be going through or about to go through. Hang in there, and try to keep on smiling.

It sure does...
This is a beautiful 55ve!
I'll take hope anywhere I can find it!
A great message. There's always hope, even if it isn't immediately evident.
Well done 55.
I'm not sure that hope can be given.
It has to be caught.
They might catch it from you.
At least your throwing.
WE dragons always have hope. We had hope even after the great dragon wars.We had hope when you humans tried to wipe us out.
But it is good you are sharing your hope because humans despair a lot.
Good 55
Ours is posted
Good point. Most of the economic damage we are suffering from now is a lack of faith in one another.
Mona,
I know I've told you previously that so long as there is life there is hope, but probably never so strongly as this. Thank you for the complement. ;)
Lou,
Hope comes as a kit with this other package we call life, that's where you'll find it, in your life, with your life, as long as you have life. The key is to never lose sight of it, it may get thin, but it never goes away until death, the last death one can never return from, since we know that some even come back from death, so even after running through death, there is still sometimes hope.
Anthony,
Thanks for saying that, its a message I wish we would all learn as very small children, but some of us had to figure it out, and some need to be told, because they haven't thought about it yet. It has been said, "Hope springs eternal." I certainly hope for hope.
Dr.John,
Thanks. I'm not sure it needs to be given, but in the off chance it may, I offer what I can. If I could, I'd bottle it up and give it away, more to those who need it the most, but some for any who wanted it.
Fandango,
May our hope ever grow stronger, may our need of hope ever wane. Dragons must be noble creatures.
Alice,
Indeed more faith in one another would certainly help. Building faith in others for ourselves' wouldn't hurt, but it seems certain demographics don't really care for us or what we think, they merely want what they can take from us, which doesn't help build anything, except the coffers of a single digit percentage of the population who don't need it anyway. For them I offer karma.
Charles...
Very elequent, very positive, very well said.
You are one of the most compasionate and intelligent people that I've ever come across in Blog Land. Thanks for these excellent 55 words of perfection.
Have a Great Week-End...G
Galen,
